We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within an estimated 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are considered for same-day processing windows. Orders placed after that cut-off will be processed the following business day.
Please ensure you select the correct model, size, or color when placing your order. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order has shipped.

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
Shipping Status
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
If you do not receive it immediately, don’t worry—we will ensure delivery within the estimated timeframe.

Note: Custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other items.
Item Not Received
If tracking shows that your item was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first to locate the package. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@ecogoodshop.com.
Lost in Transit
In rare cases of packages lost in transit, we will launch an investigation with the carrier.
If confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement with express shipping – free of charge.
