We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Situations Where Returns Are Accepted
Wrong Product:
If you received the wrong item, please email support@ecogoodshop.com with photos.
We will provide a return label and ship a replacement once tracking is active.
Exchange:
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

Change of Mind:
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery.

We offer a 6-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
We will repair or replace the item depending on the issue.
