We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To start a return, email us at support@ecogoodshop.com. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Situations Where Returns Are Accepted

Wrong Product:

If you received the wrong item, please email support@ecogoodshop.com with photos.

We will provide a return label and ship a replacement once tracking is active.

Exchange:

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

Change of Mind:

We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Shipping and a 0% restocking fee apply.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately after ordering.

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation once shipped.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Damaged on Arrival:

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery. Photos may be required for verification.

Manufacturing Defect / Warranty:

We offer a 6-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

We will repair or replace the item depending on the issue.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Missing or Late Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are common)

Only regular-priced items are refundable.

Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
